An end-to-end redesign for Lessons N Sessions, a group therapy practice in Somerset, New Jersey. A component-driven Figma system, a custom WordPress theme built to match it, and same-day fixes after the client walkthrough.
For a clinical practice, the website is often a prospective client's first interaction with care. The bar is higher than for a typical small business: professional layout, clear service and insurance information, and a frictionless way to request an appointment. The contracted goals were credibility, a simpler structure, a redesigned homepage and therapist profiles, and a rebuilt appointment request flow.
A full component-driven design system in Figma across three canvases: components, pages, and palettes. The color system was built as mode-swappable ramps, which paid off when the client landed a major palette change after the system was already built. The change cascaded instead of starting over.
A custom WordPress theme that mirrors the Figma system one to one, so the practice keeps a platform their team already knows. Production migration, rebuilt appointment forms, and a round of post-launch UX fixes turned around the same day the client signed off.
A therapy practice sells trust before it sells anything else. When the design system and the shipped site match, every page feels deliberate, and deliberate is what a nervous first-time client is looking for.
