A home health care
website.

A full redesign for Keystone Healthcare, a home health agency in Richardson, Texas. Eighteen pages rebuilt around their own logo, warmer imagery, and copy written to turn worried families into phone calls.

The idea.

Choosing a home health agency is a trust decision made under stress. The existing site was dated and hard to navigate, which reads as a warning sign to the exact families it needed to reassure. The redesign had one job: make Keystone look as capable online as they are in person.

The design.

Everything grows from their own logo, a blue house with a red cross. Blue-white backgrounds, deep navy sections, sky-blue accents, and the logo red reserved for the buttons that matter. Fraunces and Nunito Sans, rounded organic shapes, and imagery that centers the caregivers and families they actually serve.

The hero keeps the client's own video of a provider caring for a patient at home, recompressed to a sixth of its size so the page still loads fast.

The build.

Eighteen pages, including eight service detail pages driven from a single data file, so adding a service is one edit and not a new page build. Conversion-focused copy throughout, with the phone number and contact paths repeated where decisions get made.

Why this work.

Healthcare websites fail quietly: families just call someone else. A site that looks current, loads fast, and answers the first five questions before they are asked is not decoration. It is the front door of the practice.
